The HiSpeed LX/i has the patented GE HiLight Detectors that give you the best contrast resolution at the lowest dose or x-ray to the patient. In addition, the protocol-driven, multitasking Silicon Graphics Computer captures the scan quickly. There are many things the CT performs automatically, allowing the patient less time on the table, including Protocol Wizard, ProSpective Multiple Reconstructions, and auto-filming.

Other patient friendly features included in the HiSpeed LX/i are automatic breathing lights with a countdown timer that tells the patient when they need to hold their breath and for how long, and the remote tilt table which saves time when the technician can adjust the angle of the bed without having to physically go into the room and adjust the bed.
