We are fortunate to have as our partner, Sodexho, a world leader in food service for healthcare. Our program is under the leadership of Chef Greg Huffines, who brings much skill and imagination to the job.
Our pledge is to provide you and your family with the quality service you deserve. At Your Request is part of that expanding tradition, and the next generation in hospital dining. Here is how it works.
Order the food you want, when you want it. Place your order by dialing DINE (3463) from your room. A room service associate will take your order, and within 45 minutes your food will be delivered right to your room.
Remember, At Your Request Room Service Dining has replaced the traditional hospital food service process. Your room service associated can assist you with pricing and ordering information on guest trays for visitors and family. The additional charges for these trays are not the responsibility of OHO.

Sodexho Executive Chef Greg Huffines coordinates At Your Request Room Service Dining. Huffines has been in the restaurant industry since 1984. He worked at prestigious Warren Duck Club, Southern Hills Country Club, Cardigan's American Bistro, and Milestone Restaurant before joining Sodexho in 1997. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
As a reminder to our guests, meal service begins at 7 am and ends promptly at 7 pm. Your last order for the day should occur before 6:30 pm.
