The SwimEx 600T pool is one of the largest isokinetic aquatic therapy system pools in the state. The 3,500-gallon pool has variable depth workstations that allow for a gradual increase in weight-bearing forces as you gain muscular strength and joint stability.

It features eight distinct work stations, including plyometric pads, open and closed kinetic exercise benches and steps, plus an angled running platform.

A patented paddle wheel propulsion system developed by SwimEx provides an adjustable and quantifiable, smooth (laminar) restrictive flow of up to 6.5 miles per hour.

Pool treatments typically follow a 30- to 45-minute exercise regimen in warm water (88°-92° F). Once pain is reduced and strength and balance restored, patients are progressed to land-based exercise and home aquatic program.
